Peace.
There have been currents of atmosphere moving steadily through my mind lately. Remembrances of my Christian past mixing with 120. Not saying that this fusion recipe is not right and exact. But for the people who didn’t have the strong Christian background that I did, I just want to make Knowledge Born.
Gen 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."
When you read this scripture. The 1st thing that should jump out at you is that someone is speaking. And it’s multiple. “Our image”? Who is our? Clearly and according the Christian/Jewish believers, there are creators (notice plural) and created. 9:10 and 22-28:40 tell us who the creators are.
Gen 6:1-2. And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
This scripture comes after the previous. I want to draw your attention to the order so that you see that I am not arbitrarily cutting and pasting scriptures together. Power chapters have passed since “mankind” or a “kind of man” was created. Sons/Suns of God are attracted to the daughters of men. Hmmm…. And don’t get hot. It doesn’t say all the Suns.
I want you to look at 1:14 in conjunction with Gen 6:1-2. It asks the question, “Why isn’t the devil settled on the best part of the planet Earth?” This explains the phenomenon of why Original women don’t have the same affection for devils that Original men have for she-devils. “…And knowing that the devil is weak and wicked and there wouldn’t be any peace among them…”
Travel with me to 21-28:40 and Genesis 25-the end of the book. This is where you find the story of Jacob or Yacub. I will be using the names interchangeably. Jacob was a hustler and a mamma’s boy. Nothing is Wrong with the mamma’s boy title, but combined with the hustler, it is too dangerous. Especially when your mother has a questionable nature.
Rebecca was Jacob’s mother. She accepted an inappropriate gift of jewelry from a stranger, obligating her to marry Isaac. Did she know what she was doing? Probably not. Did it work out for her? I say no. She was impulsive and manipulative. These traits caused her to trick her eldest Sun and her husband. Also because of her actions, her youngest and favorite Sun was lost to her forever, leaving her with 2 men who no longer trust her. Not a good look Rebecca.
Back to Yacub…. Rebecca sent Jacob to live with her brother Laban. Another hustling man. Clearly Jacob got this trait honestly. Laban tricked Jacob into marrying both his daughters but Yacub tricked him out of a fortune in livestock. I’m thinking tending his uncle’s flocks is synonymous to playing with 2 pieces of steel.
Gen 30-25-43 25And it came to pass, when Rachel had born Joseph, that Jacob said unto Laban, Send me away, that I may go unto mine own place, and to my country. 26Give me my wives and my children, for whom I have served thee, and let me go: for thou knowest my service which I have done thee. 27And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake. 28And he said, Appoint me thy wages, and I will give it. 29And he said unto him, Thou knowest how I have served thee, and how thy cattle was with me. 30For it was little which thou hadst before I came, and it is now increased unto a multitude; and the LORD hath blessed thee since my coming: and now when shall I provide for mine own house also? 31And he said, What shall I give thee? And Jacob said, Thou shalt not give me any thing: if thou wilt do this thing for me, I will again feed and keep thy flock. 32I will pass through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the speckled and spotted cattle, and all the brown cattle among the sheep, and the spotted and speckled among the goats: and of such shall be my hire. 33So shall my righteousness answer for me in time to come, when it shall come for my hire before thy face: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats, and brown among the sheep, that shall be counted stolen with me 34And Laban said, Behold, I would it might be according to thy word. 35And he removed that day the he goats that were ringstraked and spotted, and all the she goats that were speckled and spotted, and every one that had some white in it, and all the brown among the sheep, and gave them into the hand of his sons. 36And he set three days' journey betwixt himself and Jacob: and Jacob fed the rest of Laban's flocks. 37And Jacob took him rods of green poplar, and of the hazel and chesnut tree; and pilled white strakes in them, and made the white appear which was in the rods. 38And he set the rods which he had pilled before the flocks in the gutters in the watering troughs when the flocks came to drink, that they should conceive when they came to drink. 39And the flocks conceived before the rods, and brought forth cattle ringstraked, speckled, and spotted. 40And Jacob did separate the lambs, and set the faces of the flocks toward the ringstraked, and all the brown in the flock of Laban; and he put his own flocks by themselves, and put them not unto Laban's cattle. 41And it came to pass, whensoever the stronger cattle did conceive, that Jacob laid the rods before the eyes of the cattle in the gutters, that they might conceive among the rods 42But when the cattle were feeble, he put them not in: so the feebler were Laban's, and the stronger Jacob's. 43And the man increased exceedingly, and had much cattle, and maidservants, and menservants, and camels, and asses.
Let me paraphrase the above passage…. Yacub wanted compensation for all the labor that he had given Laban. That’s fair. But instead of splitting the flock in half or accepting a percentage of livestock (sheep and goats) to be his own and then work on getting them to multiply, he decided to trick Laban into giving him more. Seriously, Why didn’t Yacub just split the flock in half and leave? Because he wanted to fairly trick his own people (his uncle) out of his gold. Watch how he does this….
(a) Choosing speckled over solid livestock
In a given population speckled will ALWAYS be more numerous than solid. More on this statement to come.
(b) Imposing a 3-day separation of his flock from Laban’s
Laban will be unlikely to go perusing Yacub’s sheep to see if he has any solid livestock being born. 27:40. I bet the place he kept his flack was also called Pelan.
The Deal is…. ANY solid livestock belongs to Laban and ANY speckled livestock belongs to Yacub.
(c) Yacub continued to tend Laban’s animals while leaving his Suns to watch his (and their) flock. 29:40
(d) Yacub devises a way to trick the solid livestock into reproducing speckled progeny
HE does this by separating the genes 30:40. If you mate 2 Black sheep or goats together the progeny will be all Black, unless there is a recessive trait in the line, but dark color is dominant and you don’t have to worry about this happening too much. And when it does the result will be an albino, which happens to be a solid color. But if you mate a Black and a Brown sheep together, the result will be a speckled sheep the majority of the time. The Black and the Brown will vie for dominance. I know what I’m talking about. I worked in a genetics lab in college. We forced mice and flies to screw all the time. Yacub stayed there to witness the birth of speckled sheep, he knew that those livestock would be his to take back to Pelan, I mean his flock, 3 days away. And please do the knowledge to farm blogs. For they bear witness to what I am sharing. Shepherds choose who their female livestock breeds with. Does this sound at all familiar to how churches and cults work? Calling the congregation as their flocks? And ministers feeling like they have some say in who should and shouldn’t marry?
Family, the devil is compelled to put actual information out there but is so wicked he must put a spin on it to make him look good. This is devilshment if in case you didn’t know what that meant. I find it funny that one of the tasks that the New Testament has for Jesus is to separate the Sheep from the goats. It’s Yacub/Jacob that mixed them together in the 1st place.
I don’t hate on the Christian/Jewish Bible. It is the truth, but not for Original people. It is the story of the devil. The whats and hows. You just need a discerning eye to 3.
Peace
